THE BEST TREATMENTS FOR OVARIAN CYSTS
Heat
If you experience muscle cramps or abdominal pain due to the cysts, you
should put a heating pad or a bottle with warm water onto the abdominal
or pelvic area and keep it on for 15 minutes.
Castor oil packs
This oil is able to remove surplus toxins from the body and help the
lymphatic system to dissolve the cysts. For a castor oil pack, fold one
flannel cloth to make it 2 to 3 layers thick. The cloth needs to cover
the whole abdomen. Then, pour castor oil onto the cloth, fold it in
half, and then unfold it. Place another towel under your spine. Put a
plastic foil on top of the cloth with castor oil and put a bottle with
warm water. Cover yourself with a blanket. Do the procedure 3 times per
one week for 3 months.
Important to note: Castor oil should not be used during menstruation or
if you are trying to conceive. In this case, use it after ovulation.
Chamomile tea
This tea is so potent that it can lower the pain and discomfort and the
sedative effect will help you relax. This warm drink will also encourage
the blood flow in the uterus and pelvis and regulate your menstrual
periods. To prepare the tea, mix 2 tsp of dried chamomile and a cup of
boiling water. Cover the tea and leave it to steep for 5 minutes and
then strain it and mix one tsp of honey. Drink it 3 times per day.
Epsom baths
Epsom salt is rich in magnesium sulfate that will relax the muscle and
alleviate pain. Add a cup of Epsom salt in your bath water and 10 drops
of some essential oil. Wait for the salt to dissolve and then soak the
lower body part for half an hour. Do the procedure on a daily basis.
Beets
This veggie is rich in betacyanin that can enhance the liver’s ability
to expel toxins. The alkalinity of beets will balance the pH in the
body. Mix half a cup of fresh beet juice, a tbsp of aloe vera gel, and a
tbsp of black molasses. Consume the mixture on a daily basis before
breakfast.

mixed with a glass of warm water and a tbsp of black molasses. Consume 2
