recipe should be included in your everyday life in order to cleanse your
body from toxins and unclog the fat from your vessels.
Take one cup of freshly squeezed tomato juice, 1 tablespoon of grated
ginger, 1 hot pepper or ½ teaspoon of pepper, ¼ cup lemon juice and 2
celery stalks.
In a blender blend the ingredients all together which will give you an
amount of one cup. Drink the juice between meals. You can also consume
it up to 3 cups a day.
